The 2008 application deadline is closed.
The Gilroy
Garlic Festival accepts completed applications from
interested vendors in Arts & Crafts, Food, and Children's
Area, and from Entertainers.
Please Read Carefully
- Applications will be
available on-line beginning January 2, 2008.
- Completed applications
are not accepted via email or fax; they must
be mailed in.
- We do not maintain an
annual mailing list. We will send an application to
all vendors and entertainers who participated in the
2007 festival.
- Do not send promotional
material unless it is accompanied by a completed application.
- Applications are also
available through postal mail. Please be sure to direct
your request accordingly, (ie., Attn: Arts & Crafts).
It is important that you are specific as we have several
different types of applications. We
began mailing applications in early January.
Arts
& Crafts -
Fine quality, hand made. Artist MUST be present
all three days. If you are interested in a booth
for 2008, please send a .75¢
stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Box 2311, Gilroy CA 95021. Deadline to submit completed
application package is 5:00 pm Friday, March 14, 2008.
NOTE: Alternates are juried at the same time participants
are selected.
Children's
Area - Hands-on
activities, games, and entertainment. No carnival or
petting zoo operations. If you are interested in
a booth for 2008, please send a .75¢
stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Gilroy
Garlic Festival, Attn: Children's Area, PO Box 2311,
Gilroy CA 95021. Deadline
to submit completed application package is 5:00 pm Friday,
March 14, 2008. NOTE: Alternates are selected at
the same time participants are chosen.
Commercial/Food
Vendor - Specifically
looking for gourmet type foods with garlic for festival
guests to enjoy while attending the event. If you
are interested in a booth for 2008, please send a .75¢
stamped, self-addressed envelope to Gilroy

Gilroy CA 95021. Deadline to submit completed application
package is 5:00 pm Friday, March 14, 2008. NOTE:

Entertainment
- Musical, some strolling musical, as well as
some jugglers, mimes, clowns. If you are
interested in performing in 2008, please send a .41¢
stamped, self-addressed envelope to Gilroy
Garlic Festival, Attn: Entertainment, PO Box 2311, Gilroy
CA 95021. Deadline to submit completed application
package is 5:00 pm Friday, March 14, 2008. NOTE:
Alternates are selected at the same time participants
